Hustle Houndz NYC Shipping Policy

Made to Order

 

All Hustle Houndz NYC products are made to order. Each piece is produced, pressed, and packaged individually to ensure premium quality and reduce waste. Because of this, please allow time for production before your order is shipped. We believe slow, intentional production leads to a better product — and less waste for the planet.

Preorders

 

Our premium Houndz Gear and select releases are available exclusively through preorder. When you place a preorder, you are reserving your item before it is produced.

Production Time

​

Preorders typically take 2–4 weeks to complete after the preorder window closes.

 

  • Shipping Time: Orders ship immediately after production is finished. You’ll receive tracking via email once your item leaves our facility.
  • Combined Orders: If your order includes both preorder and ready-to-ship items, all items will ship together once the preorder piece is ready (unless otherwise noted).
  • Delays: While we work hard to meet all shipping estimates, minor delays can occur during production or transit. If that happens, we’ll update you by email with revised timelines.

Ready-to-Ship & Standard Orders

​

Ready-to-ship or previously produced items (tees, tanks, leggings, stickers, etc.) are usually processed within 2–5 business days and shipped through USPS or UPS, depending on your location.

  • Estimated Delivery (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Free Shipping: All orders over $100 USD qualify for free U.S. shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

 

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update once your carrier scans the package.

 

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address carefully before placing your order.Hustle Houndz NYC is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Shipping

At this time, Hustle Houndz NYC ships within the United States and U.S. territories only.We’re working to expand international shipping soon.
