Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for items of equal value, subject to availability. Please contact us at hustlehoundznyc@gmail.com before sending back any items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
